Q: Can I track my order?
A: Yes. Whenever we perform any action with your order, we update your order overview so you know what’s happening at all times.
Q: How much do you charge for delivery?
A: All our products have ‘flat rate’ delivery charges based on the items size and weight. The delivery charge will be listed on every product page, as well as the checkout process.
Returns & Exchanges
Q: I’ve changed my mind, can I return a product?
A: As long as your order is not a custom item, you may return your product within 14 days for a refund. We may need to charge a restocking fee to cover costs. Please get in touch with us to help with this.
Q: Do you have any swatch samples I can request?
A: We’re glad you asked! Yes we do. You can order a free swatch sample set via this link: Swatch Samples – We will then post to you with all the current range of fabric and materials we currently offer. If you’re looking for something a little different, then please get in touch as we love to source unique cloth and furniture for our customers.
